The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including 5 x electric hobs; oven; extractor; dishwasher; kettle; microwave; coffee maker; toaster and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Patio doors lead to the side terrace with integrated charcoal BBQ and food prep area. There is a separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.



Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds; split a/c; double wardrobes with safe; an ensuite shower room; dressing area and doors to the terrace with table football table. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c; dressing area and ensuite shower room.
