T3 Townhouse set in one of the most Peaceful areas of the Old Village complex in Vilamoura, with a very lovely Patio and Terrace that overlooks the Pinhal Golf Course.
The townhouse has been refurbished, with simple but chic interiors.
Just 15 minutes walking distance to the Marina, few meters away from 3 swimming pools, small supermarket and several restaurants and bars.
Guests will have access to 3 separate swimming pools available in the complex, free of charge.The Sun Loungers within the pool areas are paid. (2 Eur per half day per chair)

Beautiful townhouse which is perfect for family and friends. The host is extremely responsive and helpful and the location is absolutely brilliant! Couldn’t recommend this accommodation anymore - definitely a hidden gem!

Excellent townhouse in Old Village.

Super accommodation with 3 good bedrooms, open plan living, dining, kitchen and rear patio / garden. Beautifully finished roof top with loungers, dining and BBQ.Great location with all the conveniences available in the Old Village, bakery, mini market, restaurant, bar and swimming pools. Really handy to walk to marina, beaches and local sports facilities.

Very relaxing property and complex

We recently had a lovely family 7 day break here. The property has everything you need (we have children 16, 14 & 11) and we had plenty of space. Some other family members were staying near the marina which is a 15 minute walk or brief taxi journey. We ate a couple of nights at the old village which was good and went to the marina other evenings. We stayed in one night and watched TV (via our Fire stick). We would return again and had a nice relaxing break. Thank you

Love Old Village

Second time being here and it didn't disappoint, very relaxing break with the family. If I had one minor criticism it would be the sun lounger beds at the pool, we arrived down 4 of us at the pool at 0900 and all the beds were taken up by "towels" - you have to pay to use these beds and there is approx 40 to 50 beds around the pool, however there was only approx 10 people at the pool area at this time. We asked the guys who collected the money for the chairs if we could have one of these beds and they confirmed that they couldn't remove the towels and they had not been paid for yet!! I was sitting on the edge of one of the beds that was not paid for and I was informed I couldn't use as there was a towel on it but as I was sitting there i would have to pay as I was "using" the bed. I would have loved to have had the conversation in full with the two guys collecting the payment but i didn't want to cause a seen in front of my two young kids who were sitting on the grass... This is not to take away from the area and the accommodation- top class and for the most part the property company are a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return in the near future.

Spacious apartment, great location

We’ve stayed at the Old Village many times but this was our first time staying in this apartment. Downstairs was spacious and the kitchen had more than we needed. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms. We’ve made some minor suggestions to the owner on how we think the apartment could be slightly improved. We would stay here again for the space it provides. The owner is quick to respond to any issues too.

Comfortable ... and in a good location

We had a happy holiday here. The house is well located on The Old Village in a quiet location - but close to shops, bars and restaurants. We loved the bakery, which is expensive, but great croissants! The house is comfortable with a good sized main bedroom, and 2 smaller bedrooms. We were glad of the air conditioning, which works well. The terrace / patio opens onto the communal gardens at the back, and so there is a lovely feeling of space. The decoration is generally modern, and a bit quirky. Other reviewers have, in my opinion, misunderstood the decor. It's quirky (driftwood toilet roll holders) but deliberately so... and it has a beachy feel. We had a good time, and spent many happy days at the pool, or beaches in Vilamoura. Thank you Rodrigo!

The property is very comfortable, very clean and well maintained. It is in a lovely position within the old village complex. The kitchen is really well equipped and the roof terrace is an added bonus. It’s a lovely place to spend your holiday with everything you need close to hand,

Fabulous holiday in T3 in the Old Village

We really enjoyed our stay in the Old Village. The 3 bed townhouse was excellent for our family of six and we had loads of room. The roof terrace was great and the views from it were stunning. The Old Village is a fabulous complex with everything so conveniently located (restaurants, grocery store, bars, bakery, swimming pools etc.). The little bakery which is 1 minute walk away had fresh bread all day and it was a really nice spot to go for an early morning coffee or pizza in the evening. The French restaurant just across the lawn from the townhouse is a must, the food was absolutely delicious. The walk into the Marina or Beach was very short and a taxi back for 6 people only cost 5 euro approx. The property owners, Rodrigo and Joanna, were also on holiday in the Old Village when we were there and they were extremely helpful on multiple occasions throughout our stay. We had also ordered a family welcome pack from Rodrigo in advance of our arrival as we were flying in really late. This was really great and definitely worth the money. We would have rated the stay a 5 star if the beds were more comfortable (the owners provided mattress toppers which did help but the beds were still hard) and the internal paint work does need to be refreshed. Otherwise the property was very nicely decorated and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the house was very spacious. Really enjoyable holiday overall and certainly a place we would come back to again!

Beautiful relaxing holiday in the Old Village

Stayed here with my family at the end of April. We usually book a package holiday and end up with a small apartment this time we tried something different. We stayed in the 3 bed house which is big and modern. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need a real home from home. I loved it. I was nervous because you hear of so many scam stories but i was able to email the owner with any questions. We organised a welcome food pack and easily picked up the key even though we arrived late evening. Thr whole process was very easy. We were met by Yellowfish taxi service and it was less 30mins from Faro. The house is on the outer streets of the village so you overlook, from the roof terrace, the golf course rather than other houses. The pleasant walk into town was 20 mins and the beaches about another 5, you go left or right to access which beach you prefer. We did lots of walking up and down! There is a little tourist train that stops just by the shop. We only ate one night at the Old Village and it was lovely they even did afternoon tea! Vilamoura has great places to eat out and sit by the marina so this was our preference. If you do stay out there's a taxi rank just behind the marina and a quick 5 mins trip for 5 euros gets you back to the house. The weather was still a mixture when we went we had thunder lightening and 24 degrees sun! so the old village was quiet. I hope to go back next year and would love to stay here again just hope the weather is a.bit kinder. Thank you Rodrigo

Lovely villa for a family stay

The villa was nice, comfortable and clean. Parking was available in front of the villa. We went during low season so the area was very quiet. It was much colder and rainier than usual so we didn't get to enjoy the pools or even the gardens buy they all look lovely. There was a small grocery shop just a 2min walk away and other larger food shops nearby. The reasons for 4 and not 5 stars: A few basic things were missing from the villa. There were hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms but only 1 had soap in it. There was no dish washing liquid in the kitchen either. We don't mind buying these things but usually when I've stayed in places like this there was enough to at least get you started. Also the handrail on the stairs was so dirty it was grey instead of white, all it needs is a gentle rub with a cloth and detergent.
