INDOOR LIVING: Multiple 65” Smart TVs, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, multiple indoor fireplaces, laptop-friendly workspace, computer monitor, HDMI cable, wet bar, Skeech table, card table

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen island, breakfast bar with seating for 3, dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is also a wet bar in the basement with a sink, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher.

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

We absolutely loved this place! Loved the decor, the place had more than what we needed, all beds were incredibly comfortable, but most importantly for us was the Skeech game in the basement that totally entertained three couples well into the night! Center Stage restaurant at TPC provided the most incredible food (5-star) with breathtaking views of the front range.

Our ladies golf team enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our group of four to have our own rooms and have space to gather. The location was perfect for visiting TPC Colorado and the Loveland area. It is close to stores and easy to find. It’s also a nice quiet neighborhood.

This place is fantastic, and our group of friends felt right at home at Colorado Modern Retreat. The common areas were perfect for gathering together for a meal and conversation, while the basement entertainment room was a great place to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. Although we were in Colorado for a funeral, these accommodations made our stay pleasant. We did cook some, a couple mechanical problems with the laundry facilities and the managers were quick to help. I really think a Keurig would have been great. My husband can only have decaffeinated coffee so we always take pods along. We had to buy some decaf grounds, but it was workable. Close proximity to my sisters home, easy to get around... Love Colorado!!
