Apartment on the Knoll with private pool

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You will find it easy to access all of the local Nelson Co. attractions being right off rt. 29. Close to Oak Ridge, Brew Ridge Trail, Appalachian Trail, Wintergreen and Charlottesville. Very clean and comfortable, private apartment with all the amenities needed for a home-away experience in the mountains and heart of Va’s wine and beer country.

Large open concept living room kitchen with eat at counters. Bedroom with king sized bed directly off kitchen with en-suite bathroom with tile walk in shower. You’ll be able to visit the farm animals for a taste of the country life! Occasionally the chickens will graze around the grass outside of their fence.
Private pool available for use of our 2 rentals on the property, not a community shared pool. The pool will be opening in May 2025.
The pool can be heated during cooler months for a $25/day fee, please indicate if you would like to have it heated during your stay at the time of booking so we can make adjustments to the price.

We love dogs and welcome 2 well behaved and house trained, medium sized pup for a pet fee upon booking. Dog must remain crated while inside unattended and leashed outside as we have no fence. Guests are responsible for any pet damages.

Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay at Apartment on the Knoll. The pool was wonderful and our daily greeter (Pretty Boy - the cat) kept an eye out for us. Lots to do in the area - breweries, wineries, orchards and just enjoying the fall scenery in the mountains.

My partner and our two dogs loved the stay! It’s a beautiful apartment and was just what we needed while we were in town for the weekend. We also enjoyed getting to walk out and see the goats in the morning!

A quick stay for a nearby wedding.

Beverly's place above the garage was exactly what we needed for a quick stay for a wedding nearby. Check in was easy, we got in pretty late at night after dark and we had a bit of trouble figuring out which driveway to go up but there is a small sign that says the house numbers after you turn onto the road. During the day time it was super easy to navigate. Place was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and very tall. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Thanks!

The property was perfectly located for our purposes. It sits off the main road, nicely isolated. Close to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. It is fully equipped, very comfortable. And the host was just awesome! Very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. So happy we found this gem!

Nice little apartment

The little apartment over the garage was perfect for us. We had an unexpected trip to the area and found this place and it was very nice and clean, perfect for the 2 of us.
