For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket, bus stop, pebble beach 800 m. Marina 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 50 km from the property. The access to the property by car via Camp Medveja.

Schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in grüner Umgebung

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Für fünf Personen eher klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Der Pool ist ebenfalls eher klein, aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. Terrassenförmiges Gelände in grüner Umgebung. Ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, dabei läuft man durch einen Campingplatz, auf dem man falls nötig auch mal waschen kann (6€ pro Waschmaschinenladung/Trockner). Bergwanderungen und Klettern sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Kleiner Supermarkt und diverse Strandbars vor Ort, weitere Möglichkeiten mit Restaurants und großen Supermärkten in ca 5km Entfernung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!
