Hacienda Sylva is located in peace part of Dalmatia hinterland, surrounded by nature with stunning, uninterrupted views on nearby fields and mountains, it is perfect place to relax and enjoy cooling breezes from its elevated position, specially in the middle of summer during high temperatures.
House is perfect for people with dogs, ones who want to drive bicycles, ones who like to walk, people who like to be away from tourists many more.

Hacienda is our legacy which was renovated few years ago, now ready to share their history with you.
It provides a full range of facilities, whether for family fun, pool-side relaxation, a milestone anniversary, active holiday or a yoga retreat-style holiday.
Our property is spread on 3000 m2
There are 2 separate houses, connected with pool of 45 m2 and outside area.
1st house has 110 m2 living space and consists : 1st bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 nd bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed ( both bedrooms have baby cribs ), bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and balcony, air condition in living room.
2nd house has 90 m2 of living space and consists : bedroom with 1 double and 3 single beds , bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen, air condition in living room downstairs and on upper floor. Both kitchens have dishwasher and both bathrooms have washing machine.
In the ground floor of 1st house is billiard table, dart board, table soccer.
Outside we have table tennis, super jump trampoline, BBQ and dinner outside area.

Guests have access to an entire place. There aren’t any shared rooms or spaces inside or outside of the house. Private pool is only for guests of the house to use.

There is a guy in village, who can bring local cooked or grilled specialties directly on house, ordered and delivered
Airport transfer to and from the villa can be organised.
Car rentals, Yacht rental with or without captain, canoying or rafting on river Cetina, trips to Mostar or Dubrovnik and many more.
Guests can contact me at any time during your stay.
Me and my family have spent many summers (and winters!) here. The views are incredible and the feel of the house is tranquil - its very special. It was built long time ago and has exceptional character.

The location of the house provides daily trips and sightseeing ( City of Trogir, National park Krka, Split ect...)
Also there is good restaurant nearby.
There is a supermarket 500 meters from the the house and other things to buy.
