Maximum occupancy: 6 guests total (including children).

(Beds cannot be reconfigured.)

Private standalone home with self check-in.

Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and fully fenced backyard.
(No garage access.)

We want your stay to be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. To help make that happen, please take a moment to read the following before booking:

Guest Policy
• Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.
• Visitors or additional guests must be approved in advance.
• 3 night minimum stay. For shorter stays additional fees will apply.
• Maximum of 6 guests only, any unauthorised guests will incur additional fees.


Third-Party Bookings
• We’re happy to host bookings made on behalf of someone else — please just message and confirm with us first so we know who’ll be staying.
• Unapproved third-party bookings may be declined or cancelled.

No Smoking or Vaping
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the outdoor areas.

No Parties or Events
• The home is for accommodation only — parties, gatherings, or commercial use (such as photo shoots) are not permitted.

Quiet Hours
• Please respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to maintain the peaceful surroundings for neighbours and other residents.

Pets
• No pets allowed unless approved in writing before booking.

Parking
• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles plus free street parking. No garage access.

During Your Stay
• Please leave the property tidy on departure and report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly for future guests.
