Our beautiful penthouse apartment is ready to please you. You'll love the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out with an ocean view. Large and uncluttered floor plan with plenty of room for six guests to spread out and unwind after a day of sunning, shopping or swimming. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A full kitchen with modern appliances for your cooking creations. You'll find shows to watch on the satellite cable tv, card games, patio chairs and tables, and plenty of beach toys for your use.

Mullet Beach is arguably one of the best beaches on the island. Soft, white sandy beaches; warm Caribbean ocean waters, pristine coral reefs with plenty of wildlife... You'll find several beach restaurants with excellent beach fare and cold drinks. Bring your own beach chairs or rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Mullet Beach is about five minutes walking distance from your condo.

Maho Beach is five minutes away by car. One of the most photographed beaches in the world, you've probably seen photos of the planes landing just a few feet above the heads of beachgoers.

Your condo is located on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, but the French border of St. Martin is less than a mile away. There are no customs or border checkpoints - just drive across the white stripe on the road and you're in France! You'll find French cuisine, European beaches, and beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches on the French side of the island.
Listen to the Caribbean wildlife from your patio deck. Watch the many iguanas basking in the warm sunshine by the pools. You may even meet our neighborhood cat "MJ". (Cats own humans, humans don't own cats!)

Watch the amazing blue ocean waters, and enjoy the views of the cruise ships, the yachts, and the party boats as they cruise just a few hundred feet off the shores of the secluded beach. Most days, you'll be able to see Saba and St. Kitts & Nevis islands about 50 miles away.

From your condo, you can walk to several low-key relaxing restaurants in Jordan Village. It's a medical school university village, so you'll be mingling with lots of med students studying at the deli over a cup of coffee, chatting at the pizza shop with friends, or grabbing a quick burrito before heading back to the dorms to cram for exams. In the Jordan Village area, you'll also find a couple of markets with all of the fixings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a variety of beverages.

Your condo is supplied with fine linens, towels, and supplies. You'll find beach towels ready for your use, along with snorkel gear, floaties, beach chairs, and coolers.

Access to your condo via elevators from the free parking garage opening just feet away from your front door. Access is via smart locks and very easy to use. No worries about lost keys or forgotten lockbox codes. The parking garage, elevators, and condo are all wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the pools are not wheelchair accessible.
