This resort is in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to Mullet Beach. The resort itself is quite dated and could be cleaner. This was my second time there. Because of the great location we will be returning there.

We stayed for 5 weeks and really enjoyed the area The hotel was a little dated but was very clean , the staff were all great Marsha was helpful in pointing out great restaurants and local establishments Ramona and Veronic and Josephine worked very hard in the bar restaurant area the pool was well taken care of. This hotel has seen better days, but like most structures in Saint Martin it took a bearing during hurricane Irma. The room was very pleasant, large, with a completely functional kitchenette and a beautiful balcony view if the ocean and sunsets. I really wanted a simple place to stay, and it was located a convenient walk to a gym, Porto Cupecoy, groceries and restaurants. I didn't want to rant a car so the location was very good for me.
