The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all amazing. Ask to go anywhere nearby or be picked up nearby is easy to arrange. All done with a gracious smile and a chat with the staff. Breakfast is ok as it is buffet style so the food is not always as hot as you'd like it to be. All in all a wonderful experience.

Exceptional Hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang

Cannot fault this hotel, everything was perfect. Free shuttles to the night market and back via whatsapp .. modern but authentic bedrooms, quality bedding and modern bathroom, reasonable prices at the bar! in a quiet area of LP yet with so much to walk to locally and scooters and cars to hire from the hotel, getting around could t be easier. We saw many of the other hotels we considered and not a patch on Mybanlao.

This place was beautiful. Staffs were over the top nice and very attentive. We stayed one night because our flight was delayed a whole day. I wish we would’ve stayed there the whole 5days. The rooms with a swim out pool is a must. Food was amazing. Everything was amazing.

What an absolutely amazing resort! The service is impeccable and the staff will go out of their way to cater for you. The breakfasts are cooked for you to a very high standard. My only gripe is I wish there could be more of an “adults only’ area as I am slightly allergic to children screaming outside my bedroom at 6am

This is the best hotel in luang prabang, imo this is a 5 star hotel, not 4 star, everything was just perfect, the staff are all very welcoming and helpful, from the receptionasit, to the drivers and the housekeepers, the room was super clean, very modern and big, the pool is also very clean and looks beautiful, they have free shuttle to the city from 6am to 4pm which is such a nice addon, they also provide free shuttle to the night market, and on top of that they provided us a free mini van ride to the train station on our checkout day, honestly I don't know what more can they provide, this hotel is just perfection, well done to everyone working in this hotel.

Was an excellent hotel, they truly cared about there guest. Very convenient pick up and drop off vehicle to the city. Also a free ride to the train station. I was very pleased with my stay here. Only thing i didnt like was the bathroom floor, it can get slippery when wet. They did provide a sandal. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in luang prabang. 2 thumbs up.

The hotel is beautiful with modern conveniences. The staff was very warm and friendly. The building is near the outskirts of Luang Prabang but the hotel has a complimentary taxi service to take clients to the night market and other destinations within the city. The breakfast is quite good. There is a restaurant with a diverse menu as well as a cafe serving drinks and pastries. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I return to the city.
