Hotel has everything one would expect from a Pullman. However it's quite out of town and one needs to take the shuttle to reach the city centre. Major problem for me: airport pick up confirmed but nobody showed up and i had to catch a Taxi.

The propertyā€™s landscape is extremely beautiful and the stay is very comfortable . The rooms are spacious and very clean. Futhermore the services from all the staff there is exceptional and very helpful especially front desk receptionist ms velra . We would definitely choose to stay here if we visit luang prabang again.

Fantastic location, 5km out of Luang Prabang centre but the free shuttle service made it really easy! Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and they arranged all of our trips for us. Would definitely stay here again!!!
