DO NOT STAY HERE! stains on the sheets, stains on the towels. Everything was covered in dust. These rooms are NOT regularly cleaned and I don’t believe the sheets were even washed. The staff is very unfriendly and not accommodating. We asked for 2 more pillows because they give you 3 thin pathetic pillows on each bed and we had 4 people. They flat out just said NO. No reason or apology. Just NO. Tge bed felt like sleeping on the floor.The breakfast area was disgusting. Water and syrup all over the countertops. A dirty rag left in a bucket of dirty water by the store bought muffins. No bowls for cereal. Just go to the La Quinta next door and stay away from this place.

The breakfast was not as good this trip.The food was cold and the biscuits were hard.The coffee pot was empty and the other one was cold.We had to tell the woman all of this.She must be new or didn’t care.It would help to have a m/w to heat stuff up in these conditions at least we could warm up the coffee.

Terrible Customer Service!

Terrible, don’t waste your money! I walked into my room and there was somebody’s hair on the bed. I went to the front desk. The front desk lady said she would switch rooms but it would be a suite, same price. I said that’s fine. The second front desk lady came and we went to look at my room w/the hairs. I told her I wasn’t sleeping in a dirty bed. She said they didn’t have any rooms to move me to, they were booked. Maria lied to my face. I told her what the other lady said and she left the room. The other lady brought me sheets and left. They expected me to make my own bed! I looked on hotel.com and there were other rooms available on there as well. I checked out and will never book another room at their hotel; Choice Hotels should not allow them in their hotel association.

We stayed at the property a year ago and chose to stay again because of the great service we received last time. We came to visit family and had 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had towels for 2 people and they refused to give us more until we used the ones in the room. Finally they gave in and gave us 2 more big towels. When we asked for an extra blanket for the fold out couch, they asked for the extra towels back and shared “we should have brought our own towels and blankets.” The evening guy followed my husband upstairs to collect the towels in exchange for the blanket. The room was lightly “cleaned” before our stay..the sheet on the pull out couch was dirty and the room needed to be vacuumed, dusted and wiped down. On the final night stay we asked for a late check out and were lectured about the request. Instead of being granted the late check out we were told we would be charged a fee if not out by 11am. This is the poorest service received at this hotel and this was th service given by the evening gentleman. All other staff were fine.
