So the place use to look like the pictures I think but not now. The room is just not very clean, they may need a new vacuum and a cleaning crew who can pay closer attention to the hotel. The breakfast was not very appetizing they need new dish ware because it just looked bad!

Room is unclean. Found room with dirty towel with unknown stains hanging on back of door. Pubic hair in bathtub, on bathroom floor and in toilet. Trash on floor, apparently not vacuumed. Don’t trust this room after driving all day. Yuck.

The staff was great. Overall cleaniness of the hotel was good, however, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the mattress on the pull out bed had dirty spots or stains. There was either a huge stain or bald spot in the hall carpet out side our room door.. We had to ask for sheets and blanket for the pull out bed. There were a couple of small holes in the black put curtains. Matress was hard. We would not stayat this location again.

Room cleanliness, hair in shower, carpet not vacuumed, entryway dirty. Shower gel from previous guest was in the shower. I have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites but I won't be staying at this one again. I did talk to the manager on duty. He did get us moved to a different room, which was appreciated. The other room had some of the same issues as the first one. I had an early morning procedure scheduled and was not up to the hassles so my husband and I made the best of it.

The room had white stains all over the bed skirt. The sheet was inside out and had stains. The shower took 20 minutes to heat up. The handicap shower did not have proper drain so the water ran all the way into the foyer tile. Which had no grout left around the tiles. It felt like they were cracking under my feet. I was so dirty. I did not want to put my feet on the carpet. I have pictures and many more details. I bought my own pillows and sheets and towels and washcloths. One of the towels was so old it had holes and the other towel had yellow spots. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. I have a list of more things, sticky floors in the lobby and elevator. etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE - This place may look pretty in these photos, but the rooms were poorly kept and not clean. I got to my room and though it was 11:00 p.m., you could hear everything that was happening upstairs and next to you. I immediately tried to temper this mild issue with turning on my tv. The remote was so dirty, I tried to use a cleaning clothe to remove the red and brown gravy stains on it. I eventually put the ice machine clear plastic cover around it. While looking for the cleaning clothe in the bathroom I saw the towels were thin and some were see through. Very used. The carpet on floor separated from the tile at the threshold and had a gap. There were burn holes and dead bugs on the carpet. It was so late I sat down on one bed and found hair on the bed that was not the color of mine. By then I just went to the other bed and figured I could talk about these issues. When i woke up in the morning and opened the windows I turned around and saw how the room really looked. The headboard had gum on the top of it and caked dirt. It had a hole between the two beds for electrical. The 1' x 2' opening was caked with hair and dirt. The lamp had dirt on base. The mini fridge did not work. I left a day early, I had been there less then 9 hours, and making sure I told the front desk I was very disappointed and that I was leaving immediately. They charged me for both nights, $30 less then absolute maximum room fee. Not a good business.

I had reserved a room for 8 nights for almost $1400. As I walked to the room, the hotel felt old and worn out despite the hotel being only 7 years old. When I arrived to the room, it felt grungy, and there were loose tiles in the foyer of the room as I entered. The sheets were stained including an old blood stain. As soon as I had inspected the room I went back to the front desk and told them I could not stay there. I was told the manager was not there and they couldn’t doanything.
