Very dirty room, many dirty strains on carpet and couch. Toilet flush was broken. I haven’t seen such a bad sofa bed in my life, you can feel all springs with your hands.

The bathrooms are big. Beds are big and comfortable. My complaint is parking. There are only 3 handicap parking slots up front. There's another spot that is actually closest, the first spot that is a self paying electric car charging station. It's offensive to those who need the closest spots to the door.

This is our favorite hotel! The staff are incredibly nice. The room is so big and CLEAN. And we had an excellent breakfast. It is also such a good value. We will always stay here going through Lubbock.
