Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Conveniently located close to Frankford and the spur makes it easy to get on the loop. The house is located on a quiet cul da sac with little traffic. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, massive living room, big master bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower. In the summer cool off with a nice dip in the pool. Or have your own little backyard barbecue with the gas grill. We utilize cameras in order to protect the property and our guests. There is a camera located at the front door, one facing the pool and grill and one facing the pool equipment on the side.

Family stay during orientation at Texas Tech. The home is in a cute neighborhood and is close to shopping and food. Very comfortable home with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space.

Fantastic vbro

Came to Lubbock for graduation. Booked many months ago. The house was super clean in a great neighborhood. Everything - furniture, beds, linens, towels are great quality and comfortable. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bathroom is huge! A great large screen tv in living area, plenty of games, pool, deck were great and lights at night while watching a movie outdoors was fun. With permission we hosted a lunch, day of Graduation m, and our family throughly enjoyed the house. Great open plan area inside and out. So much fun. I recommend getting some meat and grilling on the gas grill. Market street has good variety of meats and organic vegetables. Plenty of glasses silverware and flatware, nice area in the kitchen area. We really enjoyed this house!

Beautiful home, seamless experience.

This home is beautifully decorated and very well laid out. We stayed for parent's weekend and cooked a couple meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a very nice size. Will defiantly be back!

Little Lubbock Gem

Wonderful location in Lubbock Texas! The layout of the property was perfect with nice furniture and quality amenities! The neighborhood was quiet and we had easy access to all the loops, restaurants and shopping. The back yard area and pool were also a delight!!!
