I arrived at check in time and was told that my booking was cancelled due to a computer issue. Motel 6 staff told me that I had to pay an additional $600 cash to stay there. Came home with bedbugs.

STAY AWAY IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION I WOULD HAVE PICK IT. We walked into the room and walked right back out. It smelled in the room, holes in walls. Sink and shower were stained. Cockroaches crawling on the wall. Motel 6 you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to rent out.

Completely being redone. Lights didnt work, no Ice, no chair in room,etc. Yes they are going to update the property. In 6 it will probably be acceptable. Right now find somewhere else. Not a good place to stay but with George Strait playing this weekend the best value for the trip.

The room was recently renovated except for the bathroom.There was no microwave or fridge. The cable sucked especially for dish. It took 20 minutes of letting the water run to get a warm shower. The pillows were like sleeping on pieces of paper. I wanted a room with a kitchenette but I think they were all being renovated. The pool looked like it was usable. Pets stay free.

When we arrived, many rooms were not ready. Many bookings had been cancelled. It was a major weekend due to a concert in town. Booked this place because of the price. But it was not even worth it. Very disappointed. Very dirty place. Needs major attention from owners. Would not recommend to anyone.

Motel 6 is one of the very few hotels accepting dogs in Lubbock, TX. The hotel is very modest, but in the circumstances I am glad that they are in operation to accomodate peoples with dog.

This place cancels prepaid bookings without informing you till you show up to check in. They stuck me in a room that wasn’t even in service. It was disgusting. Smelt like cigarettes and we had no pillows to sleep with. Everything was torn to pieces as if someone was squatting there before. They expected us to pay again but their system crashed and asked for cash only. This place is a nightmare for sure.
