The room itself wasn’t too bad, it was clean, and my wife said that the bathroom was nice. Couple things that were concerning is everything is put together pretty cheaply. The original curtains had been taken out and so the new curtain rod that was put up didn’t even fit the window and didn’t completely cover the window. And there’s a spot where it looks like there’s a hole in the wall and they just put a white piece of plastic over it, but otherwise not a bad place.

The cleaning staff was rude we got a room for a family of 4 and they only have two towels. We asked for two more and they made us give the two dirty ones back first. I was like excuse me? That’s wild never experienced this before. It was clean ac worked great our room bathroom didn’t lock. And staff at front desk was very kind!

Ice machine was out on 4th floor. Had to go to the 1st floor- not a huge deal. I was kind of upset that they charged $4 a day for parking. That was definitely not known ahead of time. It’s not the amount- it’s the principle.

Went into the room, it was dirty (bed unmade, dirty towels on the floor, ect.) Went to the front desk, told them, he went and "cleaned" the room, when I went back to the room, he had made the bed up, without changing the sheets! The bed had the same sheets on it that I saw the first time. TERRIBLE> left without staying.
