The price of this hovel was at least 25% more than most hotels in the same class, we've stayed in better Motel6s. The customer service was great but the hotel itself is trashed. The carpet in coming up, wrinkled and frayed throughout the hotel. The elevator was sketchy. We stepped in a hole, in the center of the hallway, hidden under the carpet. Our room(229) was in horrible condition. The glass shower door slider was broke so they removed half the door and put a curtain up. The glass that remained was covered with hard water stains so sever you couldn't see through the bottom half of what was once clear glass. The shower floor rocked on an uneven floor bed, probably making the people below us agitated at 6:30 on a Saturday morning. Around the base you could see where they had tried to use calk to cover holes and gaps. The calk was very sloppily done and was stained. All around the shower basin was black mold. The water pressure was horrible, to the point that we thought they probably had and unrepaired leak somewhere. Thee sink counter top calking was stained brown. When we entered the heat was set on 86; how did the cleaning staff not catch this and turn it down? We turned on the AC to lower the temp and it rattled to the point you could hear it through earplugs. The room's coffee station wasn't restocked. So many other little things. We got the feeling this facility had changed hands and they were going to run it into the ground then take the cash and run.

The room was not as clean as I like. All around the room at baseboard was filthy. Apparently the vacuum does not get that close to the wall and the same was true in the bathroom and in the hallway outside the room. One of the male desk personnel rude when asking for towels.

Furniture, beds, shower curtains, and towels had multiple stains. No toiletries in bathroom and had to go ask the front desk multiple times for towels, toiletries, and bedding. Kept being given wrong items (ie: bath mat instead of towels, mattress cover instead of blankets, lotion instead of body wash) Waa given a travel size of shampoo, conditioner, and bono body wash and told that’s all they had. We had 4 people in our room to share a single travel size bottle. All the surfaces and remote were oily and sticky. My son got stuck in the elevator and nobody responded to the call to help.
