Perfectly located in a small, summer-style village, on a private, well-maintained property, just a few dozen meters from the sandy beach on Lake Goszcz.
This intimate holiday resort (only three holiday homes) offers comfortable, two-story holiday homes with covered terraces. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, loungers, and a barbecue for your exclusive use. On the ground floor, there's a living room (TV, dining table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (also equipped with a washing machine). On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with a balcony). The homes are equipped with air conditioning with cooling and heating functions (additional fee). Wireless internet is available.
The fenced, well-maintained holiday resort grounds offer a playground with a jungle gym, secure parking, a volleyball court, and a large garden shelter with two barbecue grills. Table tennis and table football are also available. Pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards are available for rent for an additional fee. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, and parking. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
Lake Goszcza is connected to neighboring lakes by a system of rivers and canals. Summer swimmers will find refreshment here on warm summer days. It's also a paradise for anglers (tench, pike, zander, and eel). The Lubrza commune offers tourists many attractions. Excellent climatic conditions, a unique terrain, numerous lakes, and forests are ideal for recreation. The numerous moraine hills covered with forests are among the landscape's attractions. It's worth exploring the attractive fortification trail, taking a scenic kayaking trip, or hiking or cycling along the water lily trail. Nature lovers will be captivated by a visit to the game farm in Zagórze.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to 5 kg allowed.
