The completely renovated farmhouse is located in a rural context, in the countryside between Lucca and Viareggio, a strategic area to easily reach both the city and the sea coast.
The structure consists of 5 independent apartments, each equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, satellite TV and kitchen.
The common areas consist of a swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters (open from 9 am to 7 pm from 1 June to 30 September), a large garden with equipped gazebo, barbecue and relaxation area, games for children and car parking inside the property.
APARTMENT 4 "Nessundorma"
The apartment "Nessundorma" can comfortably accommodate six people, is located on the ground / first / second floor of the structure, the kitchen is habitable, equipped with fridge, oven, hob, freezer, kettle, pots, crockery and anything else needed for cooking. The room is spacious and is furnished in a rustic style, with a fireplace, table, chairs, satellite TV and comfortable sofas.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, sheets and pillowcases are included in the price.
