this lovely little house is perfect for your holiday in Tuscany. It is wonderful for 2, but can accomodate up to 4 people. The house is full of charm but is also perfectly equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, barbecue and WiFi of course ! it has its own garden with loungers and dinner table facing the most gorgeous landscape of hills, olive trees, cypreses , palms and perfect agricultrural land . The property is very large , and has a long private 12 X 4 m pool ( shared only with occupants of the larger house ,if present) from the little house a private path leads directly to your private side of the pool equipped with umbrellas, loungers and small tables, the property is the last of a charming village just out of an artistā€™s sketchbook on top of a hill where time has stopped , the perfect place for Ā«Ā dolce farnienteĀ Ā»from the parking space to the house you have to go about 200 on foot, we provide help ( wherl barrow, carts) for carrying your luggage

Great views. The little villa is ok but a little tired and could do with a refreshing. Access is up a steep slope, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The lady who looks after the property is very helpful.

A place of paradise!

My two children (10 and 13) couldnt have hoped for a more special place to spend our holiday. The house really was charming, the pool was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The proximity to shops and beautiful Lucca was amazing too. Thank you Nina for such a wonderful stay! ā¤ļø

We wanted to see a different part of Tuscany to the north of the typical Pisa, Sienna, Florence triangle. We chose here for Lucca, and are so glad we did. The little villa was great with everything we needed, marrying taste and practicality. The gardens splendid, pool excellent, views amazing, hosts wonderful. Schƶnes Haus und tolle Lage nahe Lucca

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem schƶnen toskanischen Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf die umliegende Gegend. Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen

Leider war in der Beschreibung nicht erwƤhnt, dass der Zugang zur Unterkunft beschwerlich war! Die Koffer mussten wir mit einem Schubkarren vom Autoparkplatz ca. 200Meter weit bergauf transportiert werden! Zudem funktionierte z.B. der Gasherd nicht! In der Dusche sowie in der KĆ¼che kein warmes Wasser. Einzig schƶn war die Aussicht und der Pool. Dringende Renovierungsarbeiten am Ferienhaus von Nƶten!!! .

Wirklich genau das Richtige

Zehn NƤchte mit Familie, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Hochsommerliche Temperaturen (Mitte Juli), und wir waren lieber am Pool und im Haus, als ans Meer oder nach Florenz oder Pisa zu fahrenā€¦ Da das Haus oben am Hang liegt, ist es auch nicht ganz so heiƟ wie in der Ebene. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, viele gute Tips fĆ¼r Essen, Einkaufen etc. - rundum ein schƶner Urlaub.

Schƶne Lage und tolle Casina

Ich war mit meinem Mann und beiden Kindern (6 + 9 Jahre) dort. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der Pool ist wunderschƶn angelegt und lƤdt zum Verweilen ein. Die Casina ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Sitzmƶglichkeiten und einen Grill. Nina gab uns tolle Ausflugstipps, auch fĆ¼r die Kinder. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

FĆ¼r den, der Ruhe liebt und Entschleunigung sucht, ist dieses HƤuschen in der NƤhe von Lucca genau das Richtige. Lesen unter den alten OlivenbƤumen, Schwimmen im wunderschƶnen, groƟen Pool, Aperitivo mit Blick auf die umliegenden HĆ¼gel - fĆ¼r uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Die Casina ist vollstƤndig ausgestattet, ein groƟer Supermarkt ist in der NƤhe, und Lucca und das Meer erreicht man in kurzer Zeit. Zudem hat die Casina wunderbare Gastgeber: diskret, aber immer ansprechbar. Danke, Nina und Julio, fĆ¼r die vielen guten Tipps und die interessanten, anregenden GesprƤche. Wir hatten 10 wunderschƶne Tage in einer Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Pool der Extraklasse ist ebenfalls nutzbar und hat einen hervorragenden Blick in die Ferne.

Tolle Auszeit in der Toskana

die Casina war schƶn und sehr gut ausgestattet ( gute Pfannen!) Die Lage toll und ein traumhafter Pool mit wunderschƶnen Ausblick in die Toskana. Nous avons vite adoptĆ© la Ā« Casina Ā», petite maison dĆ©corĆ©e avec goĆ»t et gĆ©nĆ©rositĆ©, pleine de charme et confortable. SĆ©jour idyllique au milieu des oliviers, dans un cadre paisible. La vue depuis la piscine est Ć  couper le souffle ! La piscine elle-mĆŖme est trĆØs belle et bien Ć©quipĆ©e. La propretĆ© est parfaitement entretenue. La petite route enlacĆ©e et les quelque 100 mĆØtres Ć  faire Ć  pied par une ruelle pittoresque ne font quā€™ajouter au charme de lā€™endroit. Beaucoup de visites Ć  faire dans les environs. Nous espĆ©rons revenir bientĆ“t ! Nous nā€™avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriĆ©taires, mais les Ć©changes par mail ont Ć©tĆ© rapides et sympathiques. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueillis par Michela, une voisine chaleureuse et dĆ©vouĆ©e. Merci !

Bulle paisible avec vue magnifique

Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© 6 jours dans cette maison perchĆ©e au sein d'un petit village typique et charmant. On s'y sent trĆØs bien, la piscine est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable, l'environnement magnifique et les sites intĆ©ressants sont Ć  proximitĆ©. Nous n'avons pas rencontrĆ© les propriĆ©taires mais avons pu Ć©changer par mail avec eux au cours du sĆ©jour, ils sont trĆØs rĆ©actifs et de trĆØs bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!! Quelques conseils enfin qui peuvent ĆŖtre utiles : ĆŖtre un peu sportif pour monter les bagages Ć  la villa (mais Ƨa vaut le coup!) et s'assurer de lotions anti moustiques qui sont nombreux, (mais c'est la nature!)

Erholung pur

Das kleine Haus mit groƟem Garten ist eine absolute Erholungsoase. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet und perfekt fĆ¼r Paare die eine Auszeit brauchen. SƤmtliche Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sind in kĆ¼rze erreichbar und auch StƤdte wie Lucca, Pisa, Livorno sind nicht weit. Das einzige was uns etwas gestƶrt hat waren die tƤglichen MƤharbeiten welche in den umliegenden GƤrten von frĆ¼h bis spƤt stattfanden. Abgesehen davon war es wundervoll und kann nur empfohlen werden!
