Nice complex situated in a small, charming hamlet in Lucca surroundings. This property has been recently and carefully restored and turned into 6 welcoming apartments providing tastefully furnished interiors. The unit Flavia 3 overlooks the hamlet while the other 5 apartments offer views over the surrounding landscape and over the garden.
All of the apartments provide floor heating and cooling system in order to guarantee high comforts all year round.
This property is nicely located, halfway between Pisa and Lucca (both approx. 8 km away) and at the same time it is only a short distance away from the Versilia coastline area with beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities (approx. 35 km away).

Eine tolle Unterkunft nahe Lucca und Pisa

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Flavia sehr genossen. Ein sehr sauberes Apartment mit schöner Poolanlage. Die Lage war ideal um Pisa und Lucca zu erkunden.

Entspannte Tage in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Tolle Lage zwischen Pisa und Lucca, im Ort selbst ebenfalls ausreichend Infrastruktur zur Versorgung/ Essen gehen. Ruhig gelegen, Anlage wird tip top gepflegt und den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Fewo 6 ist im 2. Stock gelegen. Gute Größe und prima ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine), lediglich das Besteck war nicht so toll und Müsli/ Salatschüsseln hätten wir uns gewünscht. Im Innenhof und am Pool sind ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, damit auch die Abende draußen genossen werden können. Es gibt einige Wäscheständer, die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden können und etwas abseits stehen, so dass sie optisch nicht stören. Es gibt zudem eine Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb, Grillmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern (4/8) eine wunderbare Woche und wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben....
