Helen

One of the only reasons we booked the loft on the 3 rd floor was because it had a lift. So disappointed when we arrived to find the lift was not working and had been out of action for a while, and was still out if action when we left after 5 days. Kindly Alice who checked us in helped carry our bags up three flights of stairs. And the cleaner on checkout helped us carry our bags down stairs. We were granted a late check out to 11 am but they didnt tell the cleaner. We were allowed to keep our bags in the lobby but only for 2 hours, luckily i was able to change our transfer time. The apartment is just inside the walled city, a good 10 min walk to the centre. We wouldnt recommend this apartment.
