The hotel was cold. The toilet didn’t flush. I had to open the bowl to flush it. The pool had sand, a bandaid, and big hair ball in it. The hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast was poor. They only had cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. My family has a gluten allergy and couldn’t eat anything but yogurt and bananas. The apple juice was gone and the orange juice was mixed with the pomegranate juice. Puke in the parking lot. When I told the front desk staff about the toilet he said, “not that I think you are lying but I guests have said this before and then I flushed it.” Well it didn’t work for me and my kids. He seemed irritated with me that I told him about the puke. He didn’t apologize.

Only complaint I would say would be the king size bed was uncomfortable. But after talking to the staff, they mentioned they are replacing all the beds so this could be a moot point in the future. I would still stay there next time I’m in the area

Overall the room was clean and mostly comfortable. There was a stain on the easy chair and ottoman, some dark spots on the bathroom floor and also a dirty tray under the refrigerator. Seems to lack attention to detail for the price of a night's stay. You wont regret your stay, but its nothing to recommend to others.

Been staying here for years. Not sure what has changed. Breakfast was not much to get excited about, bring your own fruit and yogurt. Felt very rushed to check out. Bring items down to the car beginning at 9am, was continually asked if I was "checking out". Staff was not terribly welcoming and rooms appeared to not be very clean. I would advise to explore other options
