Unit is fine, view is perfect, big hassle checking in, fireplace is off limits.
This transaction went through Redawning.com. 3 different addresses listed - the building itself, the welcome center for check-in, and the Jackson Gore Inn address for summer and fall check-ins. HASSLE. Waste of an hour. Go to unit address, no access, must scour email to see which address is which. Okay, need to go to welcome center address. GPS to the address, happens to be the drop off / pick up circle for the resort skiing so it's hectic. I want to park my car and walk up to welcome center, can't park, move it along, this is for skiing pick up... End up asking person after person in yellow vests how I check in and finally learn that this welcome center is CLOSED for check ins due to covid and I must drive 2 miles over to Jackson Gore Inn desk for check in. So say that in your listing! Why put all that info in the emails - I got emails from VRBO and emails from Redawning... I called Redawning and that also wasted my time.
Please just spell it all out for your renters. Check at Jackson Gore, and don't bother calling Redawning... no human will pick up. Use the 802- phone number buried in the email body - that's the Okemo number.
Fireplace has a big sign on it that it can't be used right now due to inspection and maintenance. Maybe the owners don't know that's the current status at Okemo with the fireplaces in that building. But as the renter I book somewhere with fireplace in the heading and discover the fireplace is not currently available to use.
The view is lovely but what a hassle getting into the unit.
Also FYI you exit back of building and unless your condo is first floor slopeside, there is not true ski -in ski out here. ...

Perfect ski condo at Okemo
Recently spent a ski weekend here with my family. It is a beautiful unit in the perfect location for skiers and snowboarders as the lift is literally in your backyard. The renovated accommodations are very nice and quite cozy. The only negative is the pullout sofa bed but that's really to be expected honestly. We just layered the mattress with some bed comforters that we found in the closets and it was fine. Overall it is a great place to stay in Okemo.

New year at Okemo
The condo is great! Perfect location. Get ready to walk in your boots tho, as the lifts are about 200 feet away and the only door from the condo leads to the parking lot (jot the lifts) so you have to walk around the whole building to access the slopes. The apartment was great and we will be returning
