I would say the experience was poor or average.
The receptionist didn’t even bother to come and collect the key from us at the reception when we were checking out.
Every morning at breakfast, we noticed that the floor was never brushed—it was covered in crumbs and other bits. The staff member at the breakfast bar never asked if everything was okay, and we noticed there weren’t enough slices of cheese in the fridge display .
Unfortunately, communication was definitely poor.
The room cleaner was actually very good—better than the reception staff—and had much better communication skills.
They also charge for parking if you want to use the hotel car park.
I don’t think I’ll be visiting again if I need to stay in the same area.
