Modern Lufkin Retreat: High-end 3 Bedroom Home

Beautiful, high-end 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, gorgeous kitchen and bedrooms. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The house is conveniently located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood near I-59, Walmart, Angelina College, several restaurants and stores.

The immaculate home includes 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with fresh linens, fans, nightstands, blackout shades, lamps, and comfortable beds.

The primary bedroom is gorgeous. Guests love the California King Tempur-Pedic mattress. The beautiful ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, plenty of counter space, an even cozy bathrobes.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The guest bathroom is bright and clean.

The spotless kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, Kitchenaid mixer, air fryer, griddle, toaster, spices, new appliances, and a coffee station with Keurig and Nespresso machines.

We have a baby feeding seat and porta-crib as well.

If you need a place to work, there is a large desk in the twin bedroom, and fast 1GB fiber internet throughout the house.

Feel free to park in the garage and make yourself at home.

This is a new-build home with many clever features and beautifully decorated. The host has provided many thoughtful touches for the traveler: plenty of robe hooks, generously stocked coffee bar with k-cup and nespresso machine, luggage racks, a laundry basket, fitted sheets with a pocket for glasses and phone, fully stocked kitchen. Great location, welcoming, clean, accommodating and well-thought out for travelers. We have family in the Lufkin area and will definitely stay again.
