民宿很有現代與傳統的衝突美

因為小朋友有午睡的習慣我也要餵奶，房間已經整理好了，遲遲不願先讓我們入住，當時訂房時未留意到住宿時間也是我們的問題，但我們已經抵達還是未能先讓我們進房間。

冷氣壞掉被迫換房間但到底是升級還是降級

2019/8/14當天，因為以安民宿二樓的冷氣壞掉又修不好，經營者建議我們換到同樣是她們經營的另外一棟房子「頌謙文旅」，開車過去距離大約五百公尺，房間較小。 這是入住當天前兩小時才通知的事情，帶著一家大小七人，臨時也很難找其他住處，所以就只能按照經營者的建議換過去。但我很詫異的是，換了住處之後，接到hotels.com的客服電話，電話有明顯的秒差，口音大概是新加坡，對方告訴我：經營者回報hotels.com，我們被換到的房間是｢升級」，如果我接受這個安排，就不牽涉「退款」，這個案子就結束。聽起來客服人員並不知道我們被換到另外一棟建築。我反問電話客服，我不知道換到的房間是「升級」（資訊不足，房間變小為何不是「降級」？）既然是升級，為何要跟我說不牽涉退款？如果當天經營者可以先告知我們有這件事情，我比較不會有「上當」的感覺，在電話裡又有秒差，也很難說清楚，為了不打擾遊興也接近晚餐時間我還得帶人，只能再次被迫接受，打算等旅遊結束，再來此網站反映。 當晚我開始一直在網站上搜尋「頌謙文旅」的房價，結果是每天都客滿，我一直從八月16日搜尋到十一月，完全搜尋不到房價。我覺得這個機制非常有問題！ 這次是因為想要體會「老屋改建」的民宿而選擇以安民宿，所以非常失望。不過如果您是想要住在一般的民宅，頌謙文旅算是新而且乾淨，對面有梅花鹿可以遠望（也聞得到屎味），四樓加蓋的浴室蓮蓬頭漏水往反方向噴，三樓31號房的淋浴水龍頭，不是極冷就是極燙，但除此之外小孩子對於環境是很開心的，尤其是四樓加頂篷和密閉窗戶之後，增加的空間鋪上假的草皮，開冷氣就不會悶，可以讓小孩遊戲，浴室是淋浴與廁所各一小間，空間利用得很聰明。早餐是專人以保麗龍箱保溫送來，熱騰騰的麵線糊，很好吃。
