Il a fait très chaud. On a apprécié la terrasse à l'ombre et la climatisation pour refroidir le logement. Le logement est très bien équipé et bien situé. Plage accessible à pied. Nous avons passé de belles vacances !

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Woche in der Wohnung. Die Bahn hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Mit einer Abkürzung ist auch das Meer gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Minisupermarkt, der alles hat, was man braucht ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Appartement très bien situéa, la plage à pieds est un réel luxe. Superette très bien achalandée avec pain et viennoiseries à 100m, restos sympas à proximité, une vue exceptionnelle et des balades à n'en plus finir. L'arrivée et le départ se font de façon autonome grâce à une boite à clé très pratique. Location à recommander ++

La marine de San Ambroggio est tout simplement magique. La location a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Vue magnifique sur la mer, terrasse couverte et à l’ombre toute la journée. Climatisation appréciable et appartement très bien équipé. On a adoré notre séjour.

Urlaub mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was das Leben comfortabel macht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick aufs weite Meer von der Terrasse aus, ist jeden Tag aufs Neue faszinierend. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren wenige Nachbarn anwesend, so hatten wir einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. In ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß ist man am örtlichen Strand. Ca. 10 - 15 Min. mit dem Auto ist der weitläufige Strand bei Algajola erreicht. Tagsüber hört man den kleinen Bummelzug immer wieder, dessen Haltestelle nahe beim Haus ist, doch daran gewöhnt man sich schnell und nachts fährt er nicht. Mit dem Zug sind verschiedene Strände zu erreichen, wir haben es nicht ausprobiert. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung gut weiterempfehlen.

Troisième fois que nous louons cet appartement très bien équipé et climatisé. Tout est fait par les propriétaires pour que l'on se sente bien. Il est idéalement situé au calme et à 7 minutes de la plage à pieds. Très belle terrase avec vue sur mer. Nous reviendrons.

bonjour mr mde de retour après un excellent voyage en corse nous pouvons dire que grâce à un carnet de route et des informations bien fournis par madame Renucci cela nous à bien aidé d'autre part , la résidence de madame Renucci était vraiment à hauteur de nos èspérances et très bien adapté pour vivre confortablement à 4 personnes belle situation ,avec vue mer ( superbe ) intérieur impèccable joliment décoré avec goût dans toutes les pièces logement bien pourvu en tout point ,de matériel et fournitures dans chaque compartiment de l'appart un très bon séjour avons passés et bien sur publicité sera faite pour ( logement top ) merci pour la dispense que vous nous avez accordée en ce qui concerne la location : du mercredi au mercredi peu habituel chez vous cordialement bazin daniel

Una splendida vacanza

Un appartamento davvero carino, molto curato e dotato di tutto. Posizione estremamente tranquilla con un bel terrazzo sempre ombreggiato perfetto per mangiare e riposarsi e un giardinetto ben esposto al sole. Assolutamente soddisfatti, torneremo sicuramente.

Bien mais plusieurs choses à revoir

Connaissant la Balagne et venant à 2 couples dont un pour un premier séjour , la situation de la location est idéale pour la découverte de cette belle région. Location facile d'accès ( appartement et plage ) Nous avons donc connu le problème des portes vitrées et des bruits le matin. Le ménage, qui nous est facturé , serait à revoir ( poussière sur les étagères et toiles d'araignées ) Très bien pour les ustensiles de cuisine et pour l'électro ménagers. Il serait souhaitable que les affaires et produits de toilettes et de cuisine des propriétaires ne soient pas présents. N'ayant pas vu les propriétaires pour l'état des lieux arrivée et départ je trouve lamentable que la caution soit comptabilisée avec le paiement de la location. Location du 3 au 10 septembre, nous avons du téléphoner aux propriétaires le 15 septembre pour le remboursement de la caution finalement remboursé le 19 septembre, ceci est tout à fait anormal . Je refuserai désormais toute location encaissant la caution au solde payable 15 jours à l'avance.

Appartement très agréable hormis le manque d'intimité.

L'appartement est agréable, bien situé (moins de 10mn à pied en coupant par la pente pour gagner la plage). Deux bémols: le manque d'intimité si on partage l'appartement avec un couple d'amis (heureusement, nos amis n'ont pu venir !) étant donné que les portes ne joignent pas car ce sont des portes en verre dépoli sans chambranle et de ce fait, il reste un interstice tout autour de plus d'un centimètre; on entend donc trop bien tout ce qui se passe derrière les portes! Deuxième point: les fenêtres des chambres donnent côté route et train: par conséquent, si on laisse la fenêtre ouverte la nuit pour rafraîchir un peu la pièce, on entend pas mal de bruits, dont la sonnerie du passage à niveau ! Pour le reste, on peut souligner la qualité générale des équipements électro ménagers. ( la batterie de cuisine pourrait être complétée par une poêle à frire et une passoire !) Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires lorsque certains petits problèmes sont apparus. Nous recommanderions cette location à des proches en les prévenant à l'avance de ses quelques inconvénients, lesquels pourront paraître négligeables à certains.

De beaux souvenirs

Résidence bien située dans la région de la Balagne entre L'île Rousse et Calvy. Surplombant la baie de Sant' Ambroggio nous permettant de petit-déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. La maison est charmante et parfaitement équipée (même si des ventilateurs de plafond seraient idéal) et très propre. La résidence parfaitement située est un peu bruyante le soir du fait de certains vacanciers peu soucieux des autres mais très bien dans l'ensemble, proche de la plage de Sant' Ambroggio avec 10-15minutes de marche, de Algajola en 10 min de voiture, proche de la supérette Vival (100 mètres de la maison) du Leclerc de l'Ile Rousse (15 min de voiture). Nous recommandons le restaurant le Padula pour passer une journée sur les transats en se restaurant ou manger sur la plage des plats sympas et bons avec un très bon accueil. Concernant la location elle-même, les propriétaires sont charmants et joignables et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous pourrions envisager de revenir. En attendant, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très très belle semaine

En cette dernière semaine de juin, nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cette appartement idéalement situé entre Calvi et l'Île Rousse à la Marina de San Ambroggio. Nous nous sommes retrouvés comme à la maison avec tout le confort. Nous étions avec nos filles âgées de 18 er 15 ans qui ont aussi beaucoup apprécié. Vue sur mer, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse dès les premières heures du matin. Me Renucci, la propriétaire est disponible pour le moindre renseignement. Arrivés en avion à calvi, nous avions loué un voiture. Cela nous a permis de visiter calvi, l'île rousse, saint florent, les calanques de Piana avec la réserve naturelle de la Scandola, une rando dans la forêt de Bonifatu. .... c'est magnifique, une semaine ne suffit pas, nous reviendrons assurément en Corse!
