A stone's throw from the bullring, museums, shops, hospitals, and restaurants. 15 minutes from the sea, 8 minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes on foot from the train station. The flat has just been completely renovated, it is brand new! It is situated in a quiet area in the heart of Lunel between Montpellier and Nîmes offering the possibility to be between the sea and the Cevennes to enjoy our beautiful region for holidays or for work.

In the heart of the town centre, right next to the outdoor and indoor markets, the restaurants, the shops and the arenas, a real cocoon! Equipped kitchen open onto a large living room. 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 1 twin bed (180 cm, can make 2 beds of 90), a laundry room, 1 large bathroom with 1 Italian shower. Possibility of additional bedding: a reading corner with 1 double sofa bed and another double sofa bed in the living room. 1 cot on request. The accommodation is suitable for single travelers and families.

Travelers have access to the entire flat.



Montpellier city centre is 12 minutes away by train (TER). 15 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte.
Easy access to the sea and the mountains, the greenways...

The flat is between the sea and the mountains, close to the medieval town of Sommières and Aigues Mortes.
The Mediterranean: very easy access to reach the beaches of La Grande Motte and Carnon in 15 minutes by car or by shuttle bus.

Perfect rental!

This was perfect for our family of 7 visiting for a few days, the apartment is modern, clean and very practical, washer dryer, fans, well furnished kitchen, pretty furnitures and comfortable beds. And a private secured garage! This was the perfect setup and Marthe was a very welcoming host. Thanks, we'll definitely rent again if we return to Lunel

Séjour au top !

Mes amis et moi avons passé une excellente semaine à Lunel et ses alentours. L'appartement était très joli, et bien situé pour aller visiter Montpellier, Nîmes ou encore la Camargue et se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture de la mer. Notre hôte Marthe nous a accueilli chaleureusement et était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de bons conseils. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement !
