Read this, a bit more helpful info of this hotel

A decent ground floor air B&B style hotel. The business owner is very nice and friendly. She doesn't live in the building. Guests are in the building on their own. It was a bit nerve racking spending the night with some drinking/smoking folks on the same floor.

We had a very hard time locating this place even with the help of a local driver. Upon reaching, owner wasnt even around and didn't answer her calls, leaving us stranded outside for 30mins. The moment we enter, the entire place reeks of cigarette smell. Showerhead was spoilt and we had a hard time showering. Couch was dirty with a lump of white ice cream when we arrived and we had to clean ourselves. Drinking water also constantly ran out from the machine. The next day, while we were out, we noticed that owner came into our room without doing anything like tidying up our room or cleaning etc. Poor experience!

Full of smell of mold

Host is nice and good location. BUT the room full of smell of mold and wall n ceiling paint come off...... Need renovation. Not recommend.

Overall still a great place to stay!

Pros: Easily accessible location (walking distance to train station and night market) Homey environment with nice decoration and cute plush toys Comfortable bed Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel) provided Drinking water (hot, cold) provided in public area Friendly landlord Cons: Sound insulation not that good Might take some time to find the exact location No landlord/ staff standing by for check-in

Nightmare!!!

The location of the B&B is so hidden which was not not easily found with the address stated and there is no signage at the entrance of the lane which took us much time to find the right place. We asked the owner of a boutique near to the entrance of the lane for directions she told us many travelers asked the same thing she was so mad about this. The host seemed unfamiliar with the check-in/check-out procedures we needed to wait for him calling the owner for details. Later he just told us to put the keys back to the shoes cabinet when we checked out which we feel everything was self served with low sense of security. The building was old. The interior "looked" bright and "clean" but it was not clean at all. We heard the sound of the water dripping from the AC during the midnight we used a plastic bag to hold the water. And we felt lots of bites on whole body the awful itchiness made us sleepless and lots of scratches on body. We guess the mattress was soaked by the dripping water over a long period of time which was believed to fill up certain amount of insects inside. Those bites caused us itchiness which last over a week which the overall stay was a nightmare for us.

房間枕頭跟棉被霉味太重，感覺就是沒積極處理過，或者清潔後放好幾天才有人來入住，過敏的人的話一定會嚴重反感，其他都還算正常。 進入房間也會有霉味

房間很小，廁所是硬隔出來的，但蠻乾淨的，床偏軟，離羅東夜市很近，很方便！價錢算合理！
