好立地・廉価も問題あり

事前予約かつ支払い済みにもかかわらず、投宿当日に満室との旨を告げられた。 支払い済みであると告げると、シングルの部屋はあるとの回答。 ツインで支払い済みにも関わらず同額にもかかわらずグレードを下げる内容は承諾しかねると告げたところ、ツインを案内された。 １週間前にも宿泊をしていたので、設備にシャワーがあることを確認していたものの、案内された部屋にはなく、そのクレームを告げるとそのような設備はないと不誠実な回答。 先週の例を示して詰問したところ、翌日部屋を変えるとの回答であったが、担当者が変わった翌日には梨のつぶてであった。 部屋には窓の隙間や壁の穴などが多く、また害虫が異常に多い。 レストランではメニューの8割が常時注文不可。 ただし、近所（~100m）には中華料理屋がある。 Wifiは部屋や故障の有無に依るものの、少なくともレセプションでの通信は可。 熱湯の出はよく、またありがちな突然の温度低下も見られず、この点は高評価。 市内のホテルに比べると宿泊費は割安であるが総合的に値段とは釣り合わないという印象。
