Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lutsen Basecamp 134B! The condo was very well furnished, centrally located to all the Lutsen activities, the views of the pool area and Moose Mountain with the gondolas running were exceptional! Communication was very easy and the hosts were very attentive. We’d definitely stay here again!
