Scam don’t follow

This is scam and hotels.com will not reimbursed. We didn’t receive the instructions to get in. We tried multiple times to contact the property and waited for more than one hour outside while talking with hotels.com support team and nothing could be done. Just saw a comment from another user probably the one before us having exactly the same experience.

Worst experience

We were sent an email saying we would receive a code for our stay but never received the code. I contacted the number listed several times but. O answer then no response from the messages I left prior to stay asking about parking. Very disappointed because my family had to find a hotel after driving for 6 hrs.
