I would call it a boutique hotel, charming, clean and with pretty spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding from front desk on. Bar was amazing, but not open Monday so that was a drag, but excellent drinks and ambiance

Great hotel. Charm and old world simple class.

The people here are great. They want your stay to be the best it can be. Mental was the best. Im not sure i soelled hus name right. Loved our room. NOT modern. Felt just right for the city. When i come back, thats where i will stay. So convenient ti everything. Old, but giving the right vibe of history and an older time. Stay there!

Lovely location, all the attractions are in walking distance. The bathrooms were great but the rooms were a bit dated (we stayed there twice during the trip). The breakfast had a lot of choices but lacked personal touches. The staff were friendly.

Excellent stay, we loved the hotel. Staff all friendly throughout. Very clean hotel, beds so comfortable and location was first class. Nothing to dislike here at all. If we do return to Luxembourg then this is where we will stay.

Great location and great service. I forgot a special shirt at the hotel and they mailed the shirt back to me in Canada when I covered the postage. Location is close to a public parking lot and easy to access.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel room was dated, but comfortable and we had a small balcony with a great view and you could not beat the location .... however, if you are driving and you are dropping off your bags, there is really no where to do that, and we weren't there for literally two minutes and a police car pulled up next to us!

They took an additional £250 "deposit" from me to cover things such as me smoking in the room. They absolutely assured me that this would be refunded to my account as soon as I checked out. Well, that was yesterday and I'm still missing the money. So, if it's not back with me later today I'm calling the police to report a potential fraud. Do NOT stay here.

Public areas were better maintained than bedrooms which were generally tired. Air conditioning would have been appreciated but we were given a fan on request. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and lovely big mugs. I would have preferred warm crepes than the cold ones on offer but everything else was good.
