Nul, catastrophique, malhonnête.

En arrivant (Luxembourg Ville) devant l'adresse de l'appartement / hôtel, j'ai appelé car il n'y avait aucun service d'accueil, donc j'étais à l'extérieur sur le trottoir. J'appelle le service après-vente qui m'annonce qu'il y a eu un souci technique et que à l'adresse où je suis il n'y a plus de chambre. Il me dit qu'il me renvoie une autre proposition par mail. Je ne reçoit rien. Je relance le service et une autre personne me répond que normalement le mail est parti. J'attends encore. Puis je rappelle et dis que je n'ai rien reçu. J'étais donc sans chambre d'hôtel. J'annule donc ma réservation que j'ai payé. Et on me refuse le remboursement alors qu'on ne m'a pas fournis la mise à disposition de la chambre.
