Amenities and staff were fantastic and the flat lovely and well-equipped. The view from the terrace was great! Given that it was on the more expensive side it would be nice if cleaning could be included in the price, though we understand it is not in usual to have to clean apartments prior to checkout in this area.

The location was great with wonderful views & the facilities - pool & pool table - were a lovely bonus. The room (a delux apartment) was a good size. The only issues were that no toilet roll or soap were provided, the beds were not very comfortable & the linen was far from luxurious! Overall though, it was an enjoyable 2 night stop off.

Encore merci Ă  elle En revanche un fort dĂ©calage entre la vue de la chambre, ou devrais je dire l’absence de vue et les photos lors de la rĂ©servation. Nous nous attendions Ă  la vue prĂ©sentĂ©e sur le site (chaĂźne des PyrĂ©nĂ©es). Or notre chambre Ă©tait au moins 1
..derriĂšre le bĂątiment, avec vue sur la terrasse des voisins. Il aurait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©fĂ©rable d’annoncer directement qu’il y avait cette Ă©ventualitĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation.

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Vue magnifique sur le village de Luz. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain : peinture et joints à rafraichir, pas de WC séparé (alors qu'il y aurait la place), un toute petite vasque sans miroir ni étagÚre pour poser les affaires.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs surpris dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e car nous pensions bĂ©nĂ©ficier des services d’un hĂŽtel (comme indiquĂ© sur la fiche Google) mais il n’en est rien! pas de petits dĂ©jeuner, pas de restauration, il faut faire son mĂ©nage, faire les lits et le strict minimum ( produit vaisselle, Ă©ponge,..) Ă  dĂ» ĂȘtre rĂ©clamĂ© sinon rien. Le prix est beaucoup trop Ă©levĂ© pour le service rendu! Surtout que des frais de gestion supplĂ©mentaires vous sont demandĂ©s sur place, la prestation ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Le seul point positif est l’endroit plutĂŽt agrĂ©able et la vue. Pour le reste, passez votre chemin.
