Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Nigdy więcej!!!

Bez uprzedzeń i przeprosin zostaliśmy umieszczeni w innym apartamencie( którego nigdy byśmy nie wybrali- wystrój, urządzenie, wielkość). Miejsce okazało się dodatkowo brudne i nieprzyjemne. Zostaliśmy niemiło zaskoczeni smrodem(stęchła woda zalegająca w zepsutej pralce) Otzrmaliśmy informację, że wybrany przez nas apartament został zniszczony przez poprzednich gości i zmiana nastąpiła w ostatniej chwili. To nie było prawdą, bo godzinę później spacerując po mieście widzieliśmy na balkonie " naszego apartamentu" zadowolonych turystów podziwiających Lwów. Jesteśmy oburzeni brakiem profesjonalizmu i szacunku dla turysty. Zakwaterowanie otrzymaliśmy bez wytłumaczenia, przeprosin i propozycji obniżenia ceny apartamentu.
