Only approx. 200 m from Wurlsee lake, the small one-room holiday apartment is located in a separate annexe on the owner's 1,000 m² fenced residential property. It is equipped with: combined living/bedroom (double bed (1.40 m), sitting area, TV, radio), kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating. At your disposal: covered terrace, barbecue and car park. Furthermore, a rowing boat can be rented on the Wurlsee (7 EUR/day). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, please bring your own towels. Pets are not permitted in this property.



Lychen is next to Templin the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark. Due to the abundance of forests and lakes in the sparsely populated area, you have all the prerequisites for a relaxing nature holiday. Directly around Lychen there is an interconnected lake area with a total of seven lakes, providing the best conditions for swimming, fishing or water sports.
