A lovely maisonette but truly the worse communication ever! I could not get anyone to pick up the phone. The messages I sent were not answered. We had genuine questions but could not get responses. I could not recommend for this reason. No info where to park your car (there isn’t a driveway), no info if there is a blow dryer, shampoo (no), is there salt & pepper, there was a window open when we arrived and dirt in the bath (I sent photos), what do we do about the shower not draining properly, etc. No way to get through to get answers from the management company. Feel sorry for the owners. Frustrating.
