Definitely motel-like, I wouldn’t call it a hotel but maybe this is a hotel in Lyon? It’s okay. I had my two nights traveling in between countries and it was safe, the shower was good and the bed was clean & comfortable. I really didn’t expect it to be so far away from anything (thank goodness for the bus & train). There were these red stains on the carpet, the toilet seat was a bit loose and over all, a bit of a strange fit for that toilet but, there you go! Some peeling at the baseboards but otherwise, fine. Not a 5 ⭐️ place or stay but it did the job and the staff were friendly 😁

Asked for handicapped room got a 9ft×9ft room with 2 twin beds and bathroom shoved inside....did not get a key, front desk keeps all keys and have to go get them to unlock doors each time you leave

Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around.

Rien à dire sur literie et la propreté ou l'acceuil du personnel. Cependant, il n'y a aucune isolation entre chambre ou l'exterieur. Idem au plafond. Petit déjeuné économique Cependant grand parking et restaurant de bonne qualité à 50 m de l''hôtel

A ne surtout pas recommander

La chambre était très sale, moquette pas aspiré,plein de miettes de pain, nous avons réservé une chambre avec un lit deux places,on s'est retrouvé avec deux lits simples,la chambre sentait mauvais,on a demandé à changer de chambre. Plus jamais nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel,vu l'état intérieur comme extérieur cet hôtel devrait être fermé définitivement !!!!! c'est catastrophique

La chambre est correcte et bon accueil lors de la réception. Par contre le lendemain, nous avons eu affaire à une employée très nonchalante lors du petit déjeuner. Il a fallu demander plusieurs fois un réapprovisionnement du buffet, ce qui a été partiellement fait au bout de 20 min.

A blacklister !

Une chambre hors d'âge bien loin de la jolie photo de la chambre triple du site. Chambre triple réservée pour 3 personnes = 1 lit double pris en compte uniquement par l'hôtel. Donc linge de toilette pour deux !! Linge insuffisant et en plus sale avec des traces noires, comme le coivercle des wc dailleurs. Une chance le lit etait fait. Goutte a goutte à la bagnoire, au lavabo et aux wc. Wc qui mettent 10 mn à se remplir.... Impossible de descendre l'escalier sans réveiller les personnes en bas tellement il craque. Oubliez l'envie de verrouiller votre chambre la nuit : cest impossible... Sol sale Si après tout cela, vous vous endormez profondément, n'ayez crainte, vous serez réveillés par la lumière naturelle, il n'y a ni store ni volet. Juste des doubles rideaux.

Petit déjeuner très décevant. Crêpes immangeables, pas de vrai jus d'orange mais un erzat bas de gamme, yaourts insuffisants, pas de pain frais... De quoi faire perdre un client comme c'est le cas pour nous.
