Great choice in Lyon. Loved the breakfast buffet, lots of options. Cool vibe in the lobby, even played a few fussball game. Conveniently located close to the Perrache train and bus station.

I had everything I needed at the hotel. The rain was clean, but not fancy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the Metro train station.

We had a room just above the bar and the noise was awful until late at night. There was no kettle in the room and I was told I shouldn't take cups from the restaurant with hot water to our room for a cup of tea. Air con was very noisy too. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Easy to access from the Lyon train station. Staff are very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet (but remember, rooms in Europe are smaller than hotel rooms in North America). I would definitely stay again.

The staff was welcoming and wonderfull. Breakfast delicious. The only point however is that there was a contrast to the room in the photographs and the condition of the real room.

Chromatics has great staff who are very attentive. They allowed us to use the phone to call our mobile carrier when we were having reception issues. They also stored our bags so that we could explore for the day. Not to mention the breakfast is fantastic, the room had air conditioning and it's within walking distance to a major transportation hub. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast setup is horrible. Just getting a plate, cutlery & a glass was a stressful marathon. Seemingly there was only 1 coffee machine to service all guests, which obviously resulted in a constant long line.
