Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Hotel was in a good central position. Outside the hotel there is an area which needs some attention as it looks run down. Close to good selection of restaurants and we were given good recommendations by the receptionist

A very convenient location. Unfortunately the cafe next door has closed and there’s rubbish been left. The service was excellent - a small issue with the room was fixed without delay and we received a food gift due to any convenience we may have had. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay for both families and couples! Nicely located in the centre of town, walking distance to all the shopping and dining. Also the hotel lobby has free coffee machine that makes hot chocolate too. Free water and sparkling water as well as nicely brewed herbal tea. Love the friendly staff and don’t forget to try their breakfast option, it’s quite nice, everything is done just right, including the drinks.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were friendly and excellent. We really appreciated the drinks that were available in the lobby even before and after we had checked out on the first and last days. A lovely, generous touch. Our room was gorgeous. Only two issues. The area was noisy at night with the nightlife and the access by car was impossible. We had hired a car, but took it back to the hirers for the last two days of our holiday in Lyon as the peninsular in the centre of the city where the hotel is, is in the process of being pedestrianised. Road closures made it impossible to get to the hotel by car. We ended up parking about 10 minutes walk away to drop of our luggage and took the car back to the airport and returned it two days early. We had been planning to do this after we had dropped the luggage off, but it was quite stressful driving round the centre of Lyon for about half an hour before we discovered that it was impossible to drive to the hotel.
