Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax in this cosy 18m² studio situated on the 1st floor without elevator of a beautiful ancient building behind the Opera.

The place comes with a nice bright living room with a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed, an HD TV, a well equipped little kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a dining table for 2.
You will enjoy a nice modern bathroom too with a shower, and a washing machine.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, some coffee and tea pods...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Liability in the event of nuisances or breakdowns:

We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents that are beyond our control. This includes:

Possible noise pollution from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Nuisances outside the apartment, linked to urban life (traffic noise, etc.).
A temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unforeseen breakdowns of equipment or materials, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict this type of incident in advance.
An internet outage attributable to the provider or a deterioration in the network routing, whether in the building or outside.

Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action.
Use of toilets: The toilets are exclusively intended for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for intervention.

Points positifs -Localisation excellente pour visiter la majorité des points d'intérêts de Lyon , Tete d'or, amphithéâtre, Basilique de la Fourviere, les divers places( Bellecour, Terreaux, Pontet, Louis Pradel) Points negatifs -On a identifié au propriétaire divers points à améliorer pour un séjour très agréable aux prochains locataires, ( reparation support à rideau, bon nettoyage de la plaque à cuire, porte-poussiere,reparation des supports sur la porte de la piece douche et autres -Le divan-lit n'est vraiment pas confortable , nous lui avons proposé d'installer un vrai lit avec matelas Il nous a mentionné qu'il ferait des modifications suite à nos recommandations. À vous futurs clients de vérifier si les améliorations seront apportees par ce dernier. n insonorisé
