Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed having the mini kitchen. The staff was exceptional. Location was close to the metro/bus station and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately we travelled in early October and the hotel's A/C had been turned off. As the room was too warm for us we had to open the windows and were woken up a few times by rowdy people walking by. Also there are only 1 or 2 stations on the TV

The Adagio Lyon Aparthotel met all our expectations. We had a triple room and found it laid out to our comfort and satisfaction. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lot of laundry so we went to the laundromat that was conveniently near the hotel.

A great hotel, centrally located. But very basic. Not much above an IBIS hotel. No charm. No coffee maker, only instant coffee. Ultra modern rooms with no charm. Clean and comfortable. a bit weird to get to second building ?! Parking is cheap at 13 euros per night. if you need a place to simply sleep and move on. that's the place to go.

We spent a week in Adagio and we were so pleased with our choice . Our large room was pleasant and so quiet , as well it was cleaned every day which was so nice ! Lovely efficient staff always trying to help . we will certainly come back ,

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As walkers we found it a great location to get to places from the Confluence area, to the old city. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a great variety of choice at a good price.

Would stay here again when in Lyon

The location is great, The front desk staff was helpful and very nice. The room was clean and nice. Comfortable bed with nice linens. We were very happy with our stay and the price we paid.

Rude receptionist

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. However, our check-in experience on 14th August was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and her behavior was completely unacceptable. The parking door was faulty, and despite me trying multiple times as instructed, it still didn’t work. Instead of helping, she sent me back and forth three times and then started speaking in French about us to other guests, assuming we wouldn’t understand. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel itself was nice, but the staff attitude left a very negative impression.

Fabulous place to stay in Lyon. Walk to Everywhere or a tram out the front if you need it. Staff are amazing - we arrived before 11.00am and we were checked in super early. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed at our fingertips. The air conditioner was awesome - it was a 38 degree day and we were comfortably cool in our room. Thanks guys, we’d definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that they locked up the dishes etc and you had to request to have access to them. I have stayed in several of these hotels and have never experienced this. Nice outdoor patio area. Nice neighborhood. Convenient location and access to transit. I was there during a heat wave and appreciated that the AC worked well!
