The description on Expedia as I viewed it indicated a ground floor room. I chose because my wife has server arthritis. When we arrived we found that the property has 8 flats and ours was on the first floor up a twisting staircase. The TV was a smart tv and we were not able to view terrestrial channels such as BBC 1, ITV etc. I was advised over the phone by the agent to reset the tv settings- this I was unable to do. Room was spacious and light but with a cramped shower cubicle. A waste bin in the kitchen area would have been useful. Location was good but parking in the street rather trying as there were lots and lots of parked cars throughout the area.
