Many upgrades have been made recently , one of which is a waterfront fire pit , perfect gathering spot as the day wears on , Beautiful views on wide open water, huge double lot great for yard games , two huge decks for fun day and night , great boat house for fishing , Bluff View is a quiet family oriented sub division , no thru traffic , excellent for family getaways , short drive to Canton First Monday , beautiful huge pine trees for afternoon shade on the yard and water , large sun deck on upper level of boat house excellent for sun bathing and entertaining , fire pit for evening fires , smores etc . Great water for floating swimming and boating !
