Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on site due to the increased fire risk around the smallholding and horses.

A lovingly renovated vintage caravan full of rustic charm and cosy countryside character.

Please note:
• No central heating
• Electric heaters & hot water bottles provided
• No Wi-Fi or television — just nature and horses outside your window
• Cannot accommodate infants. Up to one child (max. 10 years old) welcome - please enquire before booking!

• Hot water

Everything needed for a comfortable countryside stay for 1–2 guests.

Our smallholding is home to:
• 8 horses
• 8 chickens
• 1 cats
• 2 dogs (Lab and Rotty, both friendly)

This is a non-riding equine wellbeing and therapy space focused on calm, connection and nature.

Fresh eggs and seasonal produce may also be available during your stay available and look up The Pantry. Fresh homecooked food sold in our honesty box outside the house!

🌸 Please note this is a working site, so you will see us caring for the horses and animals throughout the day.

UPDATE FOR 2026 - IF THE HIGH TMPERATURES CONTINUES WE WILL NOT ALLOW BBQ's or FIRE PITS DUE TO THE HIGH RISK OF A FIRE ON AN EQUESTRIAN SITE THAT CONTAINS HAY AND WOODEN BUILDINGS
