Hotel antigo precisando modernizacao

Cama confortavel, staff acessivel e simpatico, cafe da manha otimo, mas infelizmente o hotel é antigo e precisa muito de renovação e modernizacao. O ar condicionado esta em pessimas condicoes sem protecao externa onde pombos podem entrar. Ha muitos quartos vazios no andar em reforma, onde os pombos tbm entram e se alojam, fazendo com q a higiene do local seja questionavel .

Quarto apresentada degradação, ar condicionado foi trocado por um sub-dimencionado e levou horas para gelar o quarto. Dreno do ar condicionado entupido fazendo gotejar para dentro do quarto, qua amanheceu com piso alagado. Tentei carregar o celular e metade das tomadas não funcionava.

Experiência terrível, péssimo atendimento.

Foi horrível, o ar condicionado não funcionava, o colchão afundava demais. Liguei para a recepção pedindo para consertarem o ar condicionado ou me trocarem de quarto e eles disseram que não havia quartos disponíveis e pediram para um rapaz tentar consertar, ele foi lá viu que não tinha o que fazer e tive que dormir no calor, ou melhor, ficar acordado no calor, pois não consegui dormir. Se eles não podem oferecer um quarto com o mínimo de conforto, não deveriam anunciar e nem receber reservas, porque ter um ar-condicionado funcionando é o mínimo.

O ar condicionado não funcionou e colocaram um ventilador e o banheiro estava imundo com o vaso amarelado nas bordas e o box do chuveiro com um volume imenso de cabelo. Temos outro colaborador indo para o hotel hoje eu não sei se cancelo a hospedagem dele, pois se ocorrer o mesmo será TERRIVEL novamente.
