You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

Fantastic location on the beach front of Macaé city. Because of covid breakfast in the room... I always prefer to go to the dinning hall. Clean room with a beautiful beach view. I will stay again in this hotel.

Perfectly decent hotel

Hotel location is right on the beach. About 1km from all the bars and restaurants, but it’s a flat walk and easy to get to. So all in all location is great. Staff in the hotel are ok, they didn’t particularly explain anything and due to COVID we were unaware that breakfast can be ordered from the room. A wasted journey to reception, but breakfast was decent so happy with that. Not many staff speak English, so if you cannot speak Portuguese, expect some issues. Room was good. A bit of a waste having a king and single bed in a suite. A king and sofa would be far more practical. Shower room was good, although weirdly the shower hooks are the isolation points for hot and cold water. Don’t touch these if you can. Also had someone else’s hair on a wall which is never pleasant. I’d rate this as 7.5/10 decent enough. Didn’t blow us away but for the price, cannot complain

New Property, Exc. Condition, Clean & Comfortable

This is the newest property that I have ever experienced in Macae. My guess is that it opened within the past 2-3 years. Everything works, nothing is worn out as can be experienced in some other top rated properties in the area. The place was spotless, comfortable and in a great location in front of the beach. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Dinner was likewise very good. Usually there is a dinner buffet; however, apparently due to low occupancy, the advertised dinner buffet was not available on this particular Thursday night. I was assured that it would be available the following night. The pool area is well maintained with a beautiful oceanfront view. The pool water was clean and clear. My only negative comment concerns the bathroom amenities. It seemed out of place finding the same items that I would expect to encounter in a 2 star property at one of Macae's top ranked properties. They could at least provide a normal "hotel size" bar of soap, which is large enough to hold onto, instead of the tiny bars that are the current amenity.

Superou minhas expectativas!

Tudo muito bom! Aliás excelente. Desde a entrada no estacionamento, até o check out em todos os momentos fomos muito bem atendidos. Detalhe para o diferencial surpresa, quando minha esposa deixou acidentalmente sua faca cair durante o café, ela se abaixou para pegar e quando se levantou já tinha um funcionário com uma faca limpa e embalada na mão para entregar a ela. São pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença. Parabéns!

O hotel esta bem localizado as acomodações sao confortáveis e oferecem um bom cafe da manhã. Porem o pessoal da limpeza deveria receber instruções para se comunicarem com a recepção antes de abordar o cliente que ainda esta no quarto, o check out é as 12h e tinha funcionário batendo no quarto as 8h da manhã. Saímos e colocamos o aviso de nao perturbe na porta, mesmo assim entraram no nosso quarto, abriram as cortinas e tiraram o aviso!

Hotel com ótima localização, todo novinho e de alto padrão. Cafe da manhã muito bom, muitas opções. O controle do ar condicionado não estava funcionando e ao chegarmos só tinha uma toalha, pedimos e levou mto tempo pra chegar uma nova mesmo me oferecendo pra buscar outra na recepção, mas nada demais. Ficaria novamente neste hotel, por isso essa estadia foi Boa!

Muito agradavel.

O hotel é exatamente em frente a praia, como anunciado. A vista é maravilhosa! O atendimento foi o melhor possível. Porém, percebi q eles estavam com poucos funcionários. Acredito q um hotel como este deveria ter um numero maior de funcionários, para não sobrecarregar os que já estavam se desdobrando. No entanto, tds eles foram muito agradaveis, sempre muito simpaticos e prestativos, tudo q pedi a eles foi atendido. A piscina é menor do q pensava pelas fotos e parecia um pouco suja, porém tem uma vista linda!

A experiencia foi ótima! Hotel muito bom, tudo conforme as fotos! Local tranquilo e seguro, só não tem muitos locais para comer próximo, pois só tem hotéis na redondeza, mas nada que uma caminhada na beira da praia de 15 minutos não resolva. Em resumo uma das melhores hospedagens que já fiquei e com certeza vou retornar.
