Poor check in, room key didn’t work. After 3 attempts of them trying to fix the issue kept going back and still not working. Room had not been cleaned properly, dirty spoons in the cups that had build up on them, old toileterries in the bathroom left from guests before us that had not been cleaned away. Very dissapointed in our stay. We told reception as we left who brushed it off, made a small apology but didn’t seem bothered about seeing if theres anything else they can do. Have emailed the hotel since and heard nothing back, we visit the area often and thought we’d try this hotel, safe to say we won’t return and will stick with our usual hotel.

Check in very slow, key cards didnt work. Asked for quiet rooms so we were given ones overlooking main hotel entrance which was very noisy until well after midnight. One room had a loose window so was freezing cold, and heating didnt work. Breakfast is laughable. 6 tables in the bar. Minimal offering and little choice

Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of staff were around. Aside from this we loved our stay.

We checked in late & it wasn’t a problem. Room was lovely & spacious & in the morning when we checked out to go the airport it seems like a well used place in the community with gym goers & golfers - lovely atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 night and used the golf, gym and spa facilities. All were clean and tidy and accessible. Only a couple of small faults, some of the staff were not the friendliest and on the instruction we were given upon arriving in the room. It stated we could order room service after 10pm but then called for it and was told it was finished. Maybe be a little clearer in the instructions as to what room service you can offer after this time. Food was good, nice selection for breakfast both mornings.
